- Photographs showing the defect or damage
We will review your request and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement or other appropriate resolution. We reserve the right to require return of the defective or incorrect item before issuing any replacement.
4. Refusal of Return Requests
Return requests submitted beyond the specified timeframe or without the required information may be declined. We reserve the right to refuse any return, exchange, or refund that does not comply with this policy.
5. Shipping Costs
If we approve a return or replacement due to a verified defect or error on our part, we will provide instructions and cover return shipping costs as applicable. In all other cases, no shipping costs will be refunded or reimbursed.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you dispute a charge with your payment provider without first contacting us to resolve any issues, we reserve the right to restrict future purchases and pursue collection of the disputed amount, plus any applicable fees.
7. Your Responsibilities
It is your responsibility to inspect your order upon delivery and notify us promptly of any problems. Failure to do so within 48 hours will constitute your acceptance of the products as received.
